Anthony has been aiding clients in the completion of their transactions for more than twenty years. He regularly assists in the purchase and sale of commercial, residential and industrial properties. He has a particular focus on land development, including land assemblies, and applying for, and registering, new subdivisions and condominiums. He regularly guides the process as properties progress through various stages of completion. Starting as land purchased and assembled by developers, to lots sold to builders, and ultimately homes sold to individual home buyers, Anthony is experienced and ready to help.

Anthony regularly advises on corporate matters including incorporations, shareholder and joint venture agreements, financings, the purchase and sale of businesses, and corporate reorganizations.

Anthony's practice also includes assisting clients in estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills.

Understanding and appreciating his clients’ situation and working to help them achieve their goals and needs is Anthony's aim.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997, Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Physics in 1991 from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Common Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Law in 1995 from McGill University, and a Master of Mathematics with a focus on financial mathematics in 2004 from McMaster University.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and went on to earn her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to returning to school Linda worked as a recording engineer and ran a business providing technical wiring for recording studios and television stations. Linda is proud to call Hamilton home and is an active member of the local arts community.
